MEXICAN HOLIDAY
MEXICAN HOLIDAY was a band that was born as an accident in the winter of 2005 with 3 friends making noise. During 2006 and 2007 Gijs (DUSTY BLINDS/SUPERMANNEN/etc.) was the drummer, they played lots, made a demo, and toured through France. In 2007 and 2008 Robert (ex-PONY PACK) was their drummer, they played more, recorded more, and toured Switzerland/Germany. Mexicans MEXICAN HOLIDAY's last official show was in October 2008. They have crashed the stage since then, brought out a full-length CD, 'Post mortem', and are returning One Last Time in 2010 to do some dutch tourdates, the WINSTON one being the Last Ever Ultimate Goodbye Party!

EVA BRAUN
Dit Amsterdamse, uiteraard naar de maîtresse en uiteindelijk echtgenote van Adolf Hitler vernoemde, trio werd in 2006 opgericht om zo luidt de officiële bio "lelijke muziek" te gaan maken. Omdat er zo veel gestileerde punk, funk, nu wave en indierock gemaakt wordt tegenwoordig. Tienerabortuspunk is een van de mooie omschrijvingen die de band ervoor verzon.
Met wilde schreeuwen, alle kanten op gaande gitaarpartijen en stevige drums weten zij iedereen in no time wakker te schudden. Zangeres Britt schreeuwt en krijst over haar nachtmerries. Wat een verpletterende punk-attitude hebben deze schreeuwlelijkerds!

with hypnotic, absolute vocals, DB makes great pop-rock songs to sing along too. United by feminism, queer-ism, animal rights and other sorts of social and political activism, they can sound either sweet or aggressive, but they always make their point and you can't just hear it, but damn, you can feel it!

DJ STEVE
is that guy yelling "Yeay!" at the end of every grrl-fronted gig you'll go to in Amsterdam. He wears a hat, and DJes at Soundgarden. The british indie scene loves him!
